We do a lot of yardwork living here in Ferndale. You would never guess it looking at our yard because it usually looks pretty crappy. That’s what happens when you live next to fields of grass, a river that floods, and an environment perfectly suited for growing horsetails. So this weekend Lori and I spent both days weeding, mowing, trimming and cleaning. At the end of the weekend, I was proud to say that our yard went from crappy, to just slightly unsightly.
