In our backyard there are many good hangouts for gophers, mice, frogs, and various other creatures that entertain our cats. I saw Galen running around very interested in something near the old oak barrel, and getting closer, I spotted this frog sitting on the edge. After my last frog experience, I decided not to touch it, even though it looks like a very common and harmless variety.
