Mom and Grandma left on the 6th, and then Lori came down with a cold. On the 8th, I came down with the same symptoms as Mom and Grandma, making me realize it wasn’t food poisoning after all, but a 24 hour stomach flu. When I made it back to work on the 9th, it sounded like half of Humboldt county had had this flu in the last few weeks. I felt a lot better the next day but was still pretty wiped out, and Lori was still wiped out from her cold so for the rest of the week we pretty much went to bed after getting home from work. Saturday I worked at the office and then Sunday we had a photoshoot with a couple and their very cute 2 year old. This picture of Eric and his son Corbin was my favorite. Corbin really loved the trip to the beach and had a great time throwing rocks and running from the waves.
