Lori and I went out to Pamplin Grove to photograph the wedding of John and Robin. They are from Minnesota, and came out to Humboldt County for a planned elopement. After photographing the short ceremony, we went out to the Old Van Duzen bridge and took some more photos there. The couple really wanted to be married in the redwoods and the weather cooperated spectacularly. It rained the day before and the day after, but their wedding day was a gorgeous spring day in beautiful Humboldt County. When they first called back in February they asked what the weather would likely be like in April. I told them I would give them a prediction 15 minutes before the ceremony.
