Lori’s hearing problem has caused many changes in our household, and we’ve figured out ways to work around most of the problems that it causes. Hanging wallpaper isn’t one of them. It’s very hard to do sign language when both hands are holding a strip of wallpaper. It’s also impossible to be close and in front of her when we both need to be at opposite ends of the wall. So hanging this border didn’t go as smoothly as our past wallpapering projects. Fortunately, this was the longest piece that needed to be put up and the rest I’ll be able to handle by myself.
