I put this little office scene together to photograph Kate in some 40s underwear from our collection and a 40s suit from her collection. The typewriter was being sold in last year’s city wide garage sale by my accountant. It didn’t sell during the sale so I picked it up for $5 the day after, thinking it would make a great prop some day. The custom “film noir” shaded lighting was done shooting the light through a venetian blind I borrowed from our kitchen.
