This showed up a few weeks ago, and unfortunately by the time I got out to take a picture of it, the wind had destroyed some of it. It’s hard to tell from this angle, but that is a senior citizen toilet seat, and the bag contains a roll of TP. This is about 5 miles out of town, where apparently people were finding the drive into town too exhausting and needed a place to pull over. Since federal or state funding wasn’t available, the good citizens of Ferndale stepped up so others could sit down.
