It’s time once again for the Humboldt County Fair, all 11 days of it. That means for the next week and a half, this booth will pretty much be our home. This year we have the Humboldt Creamery booth on one side of us, where they give away free samples of their ice cream, and on the other side is the candy booth where they sell peanut brittle, fudge, and salt water taffy. I expect that Lori and I may need some extra exercise after the fair. This year setting up for the fair was a lot easier than last year because we weren’t constructing our booth at the last minute, we simply reusused what we made last year.
