As my expression indicates, the water was COLD! One major difference between modern inflatable rafts and those we used at the Adventure Unlimited camp in Colorado, is they are now self bailing. The bottom of the raft is attached in a way that there are ports for the water to exit after a major dunking like this. In Colorado, you had to have two people on the raft just assigned to bailing. It really was amazing how fast the raft would empty out. Also the rafts in Colorado didn’t have Barney attached to the front.
