We’ve spent a lot of money the last few months getting the studio and gallery running. But today we received this huge check from our former mortgage bank so all our money worries are over. Humboldt Bank recently sold our mortgage to a bank in Kansas, at the same time they were running ads on TV and billboards to bank local. So I guess in the review of their accounts, they figured out that they owed us some interest from our escrow account that closed over two years ago. I wonder how much it cost them to send us this check for $ .13.
