An Inside Job
Ferndale has been battered by one storm after another for the past week, and Sunday was no different. It was too wet to work outside, and everything was closed due to Easter, which I remembered after trying to make a dump run. So nothing else to do than to get back to work in the parlor. I’ve been painting the woodwork, getting it ready for Larry to woodgrain, as he did in the studio. This will look a lot better once he’s done his magic, but the room still looks better even in this phase. That room was so monochromatic, that each bit of color we add really makes a difference. Once the woodwork is grained, then we’ll paint the walls. You can see the two greens we’re going to use in this test patch. It will have a Bradbury & Bradbury border separating the two greens. Can’t wait!
