1910 Butterfly Camisole and Monogrammed Drawers
Kelsey is modeling two Edwardian lingerie pieces from around 1910. The cotton camisole has a crocheted yoke that features a large butterfly in the front, and smaller butterflis in the back and on the shoulders. The drawers feature a drawstring waist and an embroidered hem. There is also a fancy embroidered monogram on one leg. At some point, the wearer of these drawers got tired of bunching them up in order to attach her garters to her stockings, and so she cut little holes in the sides so the garters could pass through the drawers.
