We have further accessorized Chelsea's outfit with a black velvet hat. We don't have any hats from the 1880s, so she had to travel into the future 20 years to get this one. She is also holding a silk parasol, and a black ostrich feather fan. If we had remembered to give her some gloves, she would be ready to be seen in public.
